As we continue to live through this pandemic and find a new normal for our families and everyday life, it is important to recognize signs of illness and avoid spreading germs to others. Our own city has high numbers of positive COVID cases and it seems as though nobody is immune to the possibility of catching this current wave. Keep in mind that you can protect yourself and others by wearing a close-fitting mask like an N95, washing your hands frequently, staying home when you are sick, and monitoring your children for signs of illness to keep them home. We are all in this together!
